A major international airport in Northern Ireland operates 24/7 all year round supporting over four million passengers per year.
The Problem
Washroom odours and downtime can present difficulties in a busy airport, leading to high maintenance costs. In addition, washroom services must be of high quality, ensuring effective management of waste disposal and constant availability of hand and air care.
The Solution
Cannon Hygiene, through OCS provided a range of washroom hygiene services to the airport. All services were programmed in order to ensure a consistent level of service delivery against a constant flow of passenger movements and congestion points. Services required full airside and landside access and all staff were security cleared.
In addition to washrooms, elements of retail, catering, check in, passenger search and passport control, departure and arrivals gate rooms, baggage reclaim and arrivals hall were all provided.
PRM services, winter services and services to administrative areas were also provided.
