A Major Airport in Cambodia

Cannon Hygiene’s client is one of the largest airports in Cambodia. This major airport has two terminal buildings with a capacity of two million persons per year.

The Problem

Management wanted to make improvements towards the visitor experience within the airport. After adding a new VIP facility, Management wanted a product that would further add to this objective.

The Solution

CannonScent W3000, W1000 and W500 air scenting solutions were installed in January 2014 with specifically selected fragrances. These units were installed as a trial to test if they were effective in the Departures and Arrival areas along with the VIP lounge.

The Results

After three months of operation, Management carried out a customer survey. Feedback was over 95% positive. The high levels of customer satisfaction led to the air scenting solutions being installed on a long term basis.
